Our legal team has recommended that we submit to anyone providing a testimonial.
It’s short and sweet and defines what I’m able to do with your testimonial.

This Release Form relates to my “Testimonial” provided to Master Joy and Success.

I understand and consent to the following terms:

1. I agree that Master Joy and Success can use, reproduce, distribute, and disclose the information in my Testimonial and that it may be distributed to the public for purposes including but not limited to advertising, promotions, public relations efforts, and press coverage.

2. I understand that I am not entitled to compensation for the use of this Testimonial nor can I provide input concerning its use.

3. I agree to provide my first name and town/state or country with my Testimonial.

4. I have the right to revoke this Release at any time by providing written notice of my revocation.

5. I waive the right of prior approval and hereby release Master Joy and Success from any claims for damages of any kind in the use of this Testimonial or information in this Testimonial.

6. I agree to allow Master Joy and Success to use a part of my testimonial if the full testimonial cannot be used.
