Are you feeling worried by the turbulent times we’re in or have regrets you just can’t get rid of? Going within, meditation and reflection can help you enjoy your life once again.

Worries are our mind thinking of the future, and regrets are the mind reviewing the past. Neither is good for us as our focus is not on the present, and we miss out on what we experience today.

Contained in this meditation series are three courses. The first, Dropping the Suitcases of Worries and Regrets is a 7-minute mindfulness meditation focusing on addressing, packing up, and removing worries and regrets.

The second audio, A Breathing Anchor for your Wandering Mind is a 9-minute mindfulness meditation that helps dissolve anxiety and stress by rooting your awareness, like an anchor, into the present moment.

The third audio, For Chaotic Times, is a 10-minute quiet reflection that teaches you to look for a place inside of you that is ok, a place of quietness and strength that isn’t dependent on any external factors. It focuses on noticing and naming the thoughts you’re having and realizing they are just passing thoughts.

Used them together or individually, you’ll begin to focus on today, rather than yesterday or tomorrow.
