Focus Thought
Let your mind observe the depth, contours, and body feelings of thoughts as you calmly go throughout your day.
Do you feel unable to focus and concentrate, feel rushed, moving from one thing to another with emptiness or neutrality? Going within, meditation, and reflection can help you enjoy and treasure the present.
Each day, we’re bombarded with information and distractions, many of which are meaningless for our goals and purpose. Meditation allows the mind to slow down and focus on our thoughts, fixing the ones that are important and allowing the unimportant to pass through.
Contained in this meditation series are three courses. The first, Focus and Be in the Moment, is a 12-minute meditative visualization that walks you through the activities you do throughout your day and brings your mind to observe and focus on them.
The second audio, Focus For Extreme Concentration is a 12-minute mindfulness meditation that helps promote deep relaxation and intense focus and concentration.
The third audio, Laying Down and Visualizing A Lake, is a 6-minute visualization meditation that compares the consistently changing scenes of a lake from choppy, reflective, or calm, yet always embodying its essential nature. The meditation uses the lake as an analogy of the seasons of the mind and body as always changing yet retaining its unique essence for a calming, focused experience.
Use them together or individually to begin to teach your mind to calm itself, focusing and concentrating on the importance of observation and present view.
